· Develops and implements strategies to enhance the organization's fundraising efforts

· Cultivates relationships with donors and potential supporters 

· Works with the Promotions, Events & Fundraising committee to oversee the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives.

· Identifies prospective donors, evaluates funding opportunities, and ensures effective        communication regarding the impact of contributions.

· Fosters a culture of philanthropy to secure financial resources that support the organization's programs and initiatives, which enhances its capacity to fulfill its charitable mission

· Oversees the recruitment, retention, and engagement of members within the organization.

· Develops and implements strategies to attract new members, ensuring that outreach efforts align with the organization's mission and values.

· Responsible for maintaining accurate membership records, facilitating communication with members, and organizing events that promote member involvement and foster a sense of community.

· Actively engages current members and promotes the benefits of membership, thereby enhancing the organization's vitality, sustainability, and overall success

· Responsible for developing and executing the organization’s marketing strategies to promote its mission, programs, and events effectively.

· Oversees the creation and distribution of promotional materials and digital content, to enhance visibility and engagement with the community.

· Properly manages the Marketing budget which has been allocated in the Annual Budget.

· Manages the organization’s social media presence, crafting compelling posts and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and encourage interaction.

· Leverages various marketing channels and platforms, to raise awareness, attract new supporters, and foster positive relationships with stakeholders, thereby advancing the  overall goals of the organization.

· Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing fundraising events that align with the organization’s mission and strategic goals.

· Develops innovative promotional strategies to maximize attendance and engagement at events while also raising awareness of the organization’s programs and causes.

· Works collaboratively with the Philanthropy Committee to identify potential sponsorships, create event budgets, and coordinate logistics to ensure successful execution.

· Engages with the community to cultivate relationships with donors and supporters, promote a culture of philanthropy to secure necessary funding, enhance community involvement, elevate the organization’s profile, and support long-term sustainability and impact.
